The rooms here are really nice and have everything we need - there's tea and coffee which is a nice touch. the location is awesome, right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Roman baths. the garden outside is pretty too 🌿.

The staff was great and lovely, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city right by all the famous sites, and the center. The venue had a secluded location very close to the centre of town. We had a memorable stay at this small hotel.

Facilities were beautiful, yet Wi-Fi connection was weak.
